The judge ruled that 4-year-old Ariana’s primary residence will be with her father, Ronnie, in California. Also, Jenn has been granted visits to Ariana, which will take place in her home state of Nevada.
The Judge granted both Ronnie and Jenn joint legal custody of their daughter. In the event of a disagreement, Ronnie will have “tiebreaker authority after making a good faith effort to meet and confer.”
